With Kota the Triceratops aimed at kids over the age of 3 years old and up to 6, a popular question is how much weight Kota the Triceratops can hold?

At the moment, Playskool are saying that the maximum child weight to ride the Kota should be no more than 80 lbs. For those that are in Europe, that equates to about 36 kgs. 

We strongly recommend that you weigh your child first before buying Kota to ensure that he or she can play on Kota for some time to come.

Kota the Triceratops uses 6 x D Batteries. You could use rechargable ones if you have a battery charger thats big enough to house this baby dinosaurs fuel.

We've just has a member of the KotaTriceratops.co.uk community contact us to say that Kota the Triceratops was featured on Sky news this morning in the UK.

Although we haven't seen Kota on UK news TV, we did see the baby dinosaur appear over the summer on Sky News's sister channel in the USA. With this new publicity, we are sure Kota the Triceratops will become a huge hit in Britain later this year.

We're pleased to announce that our Kota the Triceratops videos our now back online after techinical difficulties. All our Kota dinosaur videos our completely free and are powered by Youtube. However over the last 48 hours we were aware that our Kota videos were not playing correctly. We have now discovered that this was due to a coding error on our homepage which has now been resolved.
